I’m passionate about tackling social injustice, supporting those who need a helping hand and making systems work better. Below are the two main strands of my work where I apply leadership, innovation, and collaboration to deliver real-world results.
At Westbank Community Health and Care, I work with a fantastic team to strengthen community-based health and wellbeing services. I’m on the Senior Leadership Team, directing our services for unpaid carers, and leading the charity towards greater success. Through collaboration with staff, partners, and community stakeholders, we develop practical solutions that improve outcomes, create stronger teams, and build sustainable services that communities can rely on.
My Care Bubble is a tech platform designed to simplify care coordination and communication for carers, services, and organisations. We’ve mapped the operational pinch points between Hospitals, Primary Care, Community Services, Social Care and Unpaid Carers. The platform connects people and services efficiently, reduces administrative burden, and supports carers in their vital role. My Care Bubble embodies my approach to innovation: practical, user-focused, and scalable, ensuring that solutions genuinely improve the wider system of Health and Social Care and making life better for everyone involved.
